What we publish
Only pages that help a contractor make a real decision: sourced facts, original analysis, decision frameworks and calculators. We do not mass-produce near-identical pages for every product combination.
Source standards
- Official vendor documentation and help centers
- Official pricing pages
- Official integration documentation
- Partner materials published by the vendor
- Other credible independent sources, clearly labeled
Each fact shows its source and the date we checked it. If sources conflict, we say so. If we could not find something in an official source, we show it as not confirmed — never as missing.
Two levels of checking
- Documented (automated source check): the fact was read from the vendor's own page on the date shown.
- Editor-verified: a named editor has reviewed the fact against its source. We only use this label when that review has actually happened.
What we never do
- Publish fake ratings, reviews, testimonials or case studies
- Claim we tested a product we did not test
- Invent prices, features, integrations or company history
- Let commissions influence scores or rankings
- Present an automated check as human verification
Workflow
Research → evidence collection from official sources → draft → source check → publication → monitoring → refresh. Automated checks flag facts older than our freshness threshold for re-checking.
Current status (public beta)
Our guides and comparisons were drafted with AI assistance from the official sources they cite, and every vendor fact was checked automatically against those sources. Human editorial review has not started yet, so no page or fact is labeled editor-verified today. We will add the reviewer's name and review date to each page once that review happens.
